Yes! The address where your company will be registered is an actual office space with official office status.

How do we handle your mail and packages?

When you receive a letter or some type of package, we will contact you through one of the communication channels you have provided to notify you that a physical shipment or letter has arrived for you. You then have the option to choose whether we should send the item to you via courier or whether you prefer to pick it up in person at our shared office.

We are not authorized to unpack or open the shipment, so you will receive it from us exactly in the condition in which we received it.

What is the entire process of purchasing the "Virtual Office" service?

Once you get in touch with us and we agree on the terms, we sign a contract for a specified period. After that, we issue an invoice for the first month’s payment. Then, every month, you will receive an invoice from us on the due date agreed upon in the contract, until it expires or is terminated.

How can I cancel after some time if I decide to?

If you decide to cancel the service at any time, we simply terminate the contract, and you are required to change your registered address within 1 month. If any mail or package arrives for you at our address during this 1-month period, we commit to handling it on your behalf.

Am I bound by any penalties if I terminate the service on my end?

No, there are no penalties for terminating the service on your end, regardless of the situation.
