The Switch Academy placement programme is designed for people who want to build a strong foundation in digital marketing through real, hands-on work. Over the course of 8 weeks, you will gain practical knowledge, build your portfolio, and participate in real business processes — contributing to actual projects, not just completing exercises.
What will you do?
The program takes place at our locations in Varna.

- Writing and planning social media posts
- Creating visual content with Canva
- Shooting photo and video content for digital campaigns
- Research and basic SEO tasks
- Working on real campaigns for Switch and selected clients
- Preparing monthly content plans
- Communicating with clients and partners
- Participating in the podcast studio – equipment, content, and promotion
- Writing blog articles – including personal reflections about the internship
Who is the internship program suitable for?
People who are currently studying or have recently graduated in a field related to marketing
